really worried

today is monday, and this friday im. going to have my formative assessment. this is the 3rd module, after this it will be the urinary module. Later it will be hari raye, together with the study week. I have tons of workloads and notes to be covered, yet i haven't startted on anything. I really don't know how to start. Someone help me please.........
