im not really stable, left side is much heavier. hope it will wear off soon...

thighs are flaring up

left side is so much pain. barely move my left shoulder. anyway, today's a good day, friday...hoping to fill up the ophthal log book...

this headache is killing me

had a temperature today.very2 hod. now ,reciding.hate to say this but diane is making more and more heachache, dunno when can i stop..thingking of using yasmin next month, which will be the month of final xm

again

today, i got tired.again headache wiith diane. bought a nice aerochamber today. rm78, so i no longer have to suck the inhaler out when my chest hurts...its totally nice

ent finished

today, 1st day of ophthal after finish ent. i don't have to be scared anymore cause my supervisor is unlike the previous one. what a great relief. today, spending so much time seeing so much eye...cataract,,,my friend eye.... a good first day to start with.
don't really feel strong as asthma is still active...found myself taking a lot of medicine after ent...singulair, nasonex,pulmicort, controloc...diane,ventolin,,,to be taken everyday...

why

i hate this

woke up in the morning, still febrile..yesterday i thought it began to ease.
im fed up with this sore throat, a temperature. i do nothing except sleep this whole day..

best on call ever

ive just finished my ent oncall 1 hour ago, start on early morning. we were tagged with a very nice medical officer who later treat us for dinner at KFC....

had a great day, a lot of teaching...exploring our own hospital.....which is just so incredible to have a great fun day like this especially on call

now, i knew why i was sick the whole week...God wanted to give something nice a meaningfull to me by the end of the week

i have to be strong,,, and patient
